To reach the Cape Palliser Lighthouse situated seventy-eight metres above sea level, one must climb up 250 wooden stairs to the cliff which overlooks the coastal waters of Wairarapa, New Zealand. It is a fairly long journey up these stairs, but once you reach the top of the cliff, the climb is forgotten as the scenery is spectacular.250 steps leading to the Cape Palliser Lighthouse, Cape Palliser, Wairarapa, North Island, New Zealand.
