Loosely translated from the Cree language to mean "it's magnificent", the Takakkaw Falls are exactly that. The falls flow from the Daly Glacier which branches off from the Waputik Icefield. The icefield is situated on the Continental Divide in the Rocky Mountains, and is shared by Banff National Park and Yoho National Park. The Takakkaw Falls are situated in Yoho National Park in British Columbia, Canada.
