The hanging garlic and dried chili peppers on display at a market stall in the Mercato Centrale in Florence, Italy, are a useful flavouring for so many Italian food dishes.Garlic can be used as a condiment or a seasoning and although it has an extremely pungent taste, the method of cooking can make a difference to the strength of flavour. The Chili is a spice and can be eaten either cooked or raw, and can also be added into a variety of sauces.
These are only two of the spices and seasonings which can be purchased at the market stall in Florence, Italy as there is a wide variety elsewhere around the stall.
