In Monterosso, Italy the beach expands along a majority of the coastline and it hosts the only sandy beach in Cinque Terre. This Italian village is very quaint and small and in the summer months tourists well exceed the locals as they come to Monterosso for the beaches.
This charming Italian village offers some great nightlife which other villages don't have but the main tourist trap in Monterosso is the impressive beaches and shoreline. If you are looking for accommodations, Monterosso has more hotels and rooms available to tourists than anywhere else in Cinque Terre.
A visit to this Italian town is well worth the travel even if it is just a day trip to explore the beaches along the coastline of Monterosso, Italy.
