The Parry Sound Museum in Parry Sound on the eastern shore of Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada, covers a variety of different subjects in a three gallery museum, some which include trapping, logging, shipping, First Nations and agriculture. The exhibits at the museum are continuously changing and special events are scheduled for families during the year. The exhibits in this picture relate to agriculture where many of the old machines and tools used for farming are on display. Signs filled with pertinent information help visitors to understand the ways the agriculture industry worked in earlier years. The Parry Sound Museum is open year round with shorter hours during the winter and Sunday and Mondays being closed but as summer approaches, the museum is open every day during the week. The museum has been opened since 1992 and in 1999, it took over the operation of Tower Hill.Parry Sound Museum, Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada, North America.
