The pure water of the Mistaya River flows from the rockies like life blood, depositing much needed moisture, and nutrients along the way. Flowing from its source, Peyto Lake it begins its journey from Bow Summit and eventually forces its way through the narrow and intricately carved walls of Mistaya Canyon before continuing on.
