The rooftops of the city of Siena in Tuscany, Italy are almost as interesting as the winding city streets below. The view from the unfinished naves of the Duomo (Cathedral) show the crenelated edges of the medieval buildings.
These buildings are constructed extremely close to one another leaving very little space to venture in and around. In the distance, the rooftops are backdropped by the Tuscany countryside where the buildings become more spread out and the lush greenery brings to life the real beauty of this city.
