The dome of the San Lorenzo Church in Florence, Italy, as seen from the Duomo bell tower, is not as magnificent as the Cathedral dome, but this dome covers the Medici Chapel - as it was the parish church of the Medici family. Inside the church, visitors can view the beautiful frescoes adorning the ceilings and walls and the famous works of art throughout the church.
The San Lorenzo Church is one of the largest churches found in the city of Florence, Italy and not many tourists to the city can miss this architectural masterpiece as it is located in the main market district.
