One of the largest rodents in the world can be found in the wetlands of the Parc Naturel Regional de Camargue in Provence, France. The Myocastor coypus - the Coypu, or le Ragondin in French, looks like a large rat and can weigh up to 9kilograms. Semi-aquatic, the Coypu has webbed back feet and is easily mistaken for a muskrat.
