The wood preparation and barrel construction also make a difference to the quality and taste of wine as well as the intensity of toasting the inside of each barrel.
This stack of wine barrels were found near Penticton at the Hawthorne Mountain Vineyards, Okanagan Valley, Okanagan, British Columbia, Canada.
