It's dubbed "Where the Mountains meet the Prairies" and in Blakiston Valley in the Waterton Lakes National Park it is clear to see why, it really is a scene of contrasts!
During the spring months, the pastures of the prairies which butt up again the mountains come to life with fragrant and bright wild flowers while the mountains shed their white blanket. The Crandell Campground is at the centre of the Blakiston Valley in the Waterton Lakes, National Park with stunning views of variety, plus wildlife such as deer, and black bears to boot!
