The perfect impression of how a summer vacation should be - relaxing under the hot summer sun on a stretch of sandy beach along the shores of Last Mountain Lake - sun umbrella, beach seats, coolers on hand and the boat nearby at the ready for another spin on the lake. Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park is situated along the eastern shore of Last Mountain Lake and features one of Saskatchewan's longest natural sand beaches. The lake itself is also known as Long Lake and for good reason as it is approximately 70 kilometres long and around 40 metres deep.
