Most commonly known as Canola, the Rapeseed is a flowering plant which is grown in a field and can be cultivated in many places around the globe. It is an important crop for the agriculture industry in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Rapeseed is produced for a variety of purposes such for oil extraction for human consumption, animal feed, and biodiesel. During the summer months, the fields of Saskatchewan in Canada are blanketed in yellow rapeseed flowers - a sign that this agriculture product is a booming crop.
